Wear the Northside logo! Our Dominican Republic mission team is in the process of ordering quality t-shirts boasting our official church logo in an effort to raise money for their upcoming trip. This campaign will not only allow you to support our team, but also to promote Northside in the local community!

If you are interested in ordering shirts for you and/or your family and friends, please see Darlene Givens this Sunday or next. You will need to give her your size(s) and the quantity of shirts you wish to order. Shirts will cost $12 each and can be ordered in dark blue, light blue, red, green and turquoise. The following adult sizes are available for ordering: small, medium, large, x-large, 2x and 3x. Youth sizes are also available in: x-small, small, medium, large and x-large. Orders will be placed in 2 weeks.

We need your old cell phones!

Pastor Stan and our Dominican Republic missionaries are requesting that our missions team bring old cell phones and accessories to William, our local translator, in an effort to help him jumpstart his business in the D.R. William is a young, single man from Haiti who has helped our team for the last two years with transportation and logistics needs. In addition to the phones, you may donate your old chargers, cases, cords and any other mobile accessories. Please bring them by the church anytime this month so that we may bless William. All phone brands and models are welcome.

We live in a society that is constantly emphasizing tolerance and the need to embrace the opposition. It can be easy to lose sight of the Biblical values that are paramount to our faith. Our leaders and modern day media are constantly reminding us that everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion and that all opinions are valuable and important.

The Apostle Paul was a man able to adapt to many cultures. He was willing to become “all things to all people” in an effort to win some to a saving knowledge of the Lord. However, there were several critical values and truths that Paul refused to flex, alter or ignore. The book of Galatians was written to a group of churches who were being pulled and pushed by society’s influence to bend the truths of the gospel. The Gospel of grace preached by Paul was and is everlasting, irreducible, and immovable.

Join us on Sunday mornings at 10:30 as Pastor Stan begins an exegetical study of Galatians and we learn that there truly is no other gospel but the gospel of grace delivered by Jesus Christ, the son of God.

It’s time to sign up for our annual student summer camps! If your child is interested in attending junior or senior camp, please see our church bulletin or speak with Pastor Stan for more information. Once again, Pastor Stan will be leading worship and teaching at senior camp this year.
